What do I need to start?

Your business name, your logo if you have one, your photos, and a few lines about what you do. That’s it. We’ll help you shape the rest.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do, once the final payment is made. We register the domain in your name, and you get every login at handover.

How long does it take?

Typically 3–5 days for Starter, 1–2 weeks for Business and Booking, and 2–3 weeks for an online store. Times count from the day you send your content.

What do I pay besides your price?

Only what other companies charge you directly: your domain (a few dozen dirhams a year), the online-store platform subscription if you have a store, and card payment fees from your payment provider. Nothing else.

What are the payment terms?

50% to start, and the other 50% before your site goes live. Prices are in AED.

What happens after launch?

You get 30 days of free bug fixes. After that, you can join the optional Care plan (199 AED a month, first month free) for hosting, backups and small edits.

Can you build an app?

Yes. We build mobile apps and custom web apps, but only by quote. Message us and tell us about your project. We’ll go through the whole thing together before we agree anything or give you a price.

Can you build custom features, like staff logins, online payment at booking or SMS reminders?

Yes, as a custom quote. Message us with what you need and we’ll tell you what it takes.

Do you do Arabic?

Yes. Business, Booking and E-commerce come in Arabic and English with a language switch, and the layout is properly mirrored for Arabic. Starter is in one language of your choice.

Can you guarantee I’ll rank #1 on Google?

No, and no one honestly can. We build your site and your Google Maps listing to compete properly, and reviews from real customers make the biggest difference over time.

What if I need a bit more?

Small extras are priced simply: an extra page is 250 AED, an extra language 400 AED, extra products 5 AED each, and rush delivery adds 30%.
